Developing adaptivity and responsiveness in organisations through human network structures: a management strategy

Abstract Networking is promoted as vital for contemporary organizational development, yet little research exists on how networks can be designed within organizations to strengthen the infrastructure toward agility and responsiveness. In this article, we examine findings from an ethnographic study explore application of networking a management strategy foster adaptability responsiveness both emerging internal external needs.
